If you have computer equipment that you care about & want repaired professionally, then Mac & PC Wizard are the best option in Miami Dade. Many shops may overcharge or underservice your equipment. Here they take close care, answer any questions & always find the right solutions that won’t break the bank. If you have any doubts, I would say call them and talk through what’s going on with your machine. I think you’ll see the difference in their service from the first call.

This place really is wonderful- they are GENUINELY concerned about your product and call to follow up on how their services went. The technician there is amazing- he is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and will take you to the back workshop with him so you can actually SEE what is going on with your product. They take the time to help you understand what the issue at hand is and they make sure that you know how to do the maintenance. I live quite far from this place, but anytime something is off with my computer, I happily make the drive because their service is worth it and unique. It’s always good to know that you will have an honest place like this that “has your back” incase anything happens- especially for the technically handicapped like me!

Wow. Joel is legit. To keep it short and simple: these guys are in it to deliver an amazing customer experience. Making a buck is second to doing right by the customer. I saw it in how they treated me and saw it again when I went back and watched them handle another customer
**I WOULD SEND MY GRANDMOTHER TO THESE GUYS IN FULL CONFIDENCE THAT THEY WOULD TREAT HER RIGHT** — that’s saying a lot.
I had an accident with one of my devices that one repair shop quoted as practically a total loss (~1k to repair after charging me a mandatory $65 for a diagnostic) and that apple was charging $750 but could balloon if things didn’t go well. All this on a business machine that little more than 6 months old with minimal use and with a return time on the order of days to weeks. On a whim while visiting family in Miami I looked up local shops to see if there was anyone that could actually do repairs on-site. I called Joel up and he said to bring it on by — he’d take a look at no cost and give me his personal opinion. I took it in, he took it apart, and he suggested a fix that would run me a fraction of the cost of what other people had quoted. He didn’t have the necessary part and I was leaving town before he’d be able to get the new part (over the holidays) so he even went as far as to suggest other places for me to go get it fixed!
I instead hopped on Amazon and had the product shipped in overnight and the very next day I went in, he swapped the parts out, and per his prediction everything worked fine. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. While there someone else had brought in a machine in fairly bad shape and Joel took great care to explain all of the different risks involved and suggested no less than three different options the person had. Most impressively, Joel was fairly straightforward in making it clear to them that for the cost of a repair they were better off selling the machine for parts and buying a new device. That’s two situations in which he’s literally sent business away because it was the right thing for the customer to do. And it both cases we’ve decided to leverage him where we could because we trust him.
As long as they’re in business this is where I’ll be sending my machines to get repaired.
